Refund Policy
1. Digital access
Because subscriptions grant immediate access to digital tools, payments are generally non-refundable once access has been activated.
2. When we do refund
We will issue a full refund if we fail to activate your access within 24 hours of payment and cannot resolve the issue promptly, if you were charged in error such as a duplicate payment, or where a refund is required by applicable consumer law.
3. Cancellation vs refund
Cancelling stops future charges but does not refund the current period. Your access simply runs to the end of what you have paid for. Cancel anytime via the Stripe customer portal.
4. How to request
Email us via contact us from the email used at checkout, with your TradingView username and the payment date. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Stripe, typically within 5-10 business days.
