How do I get access to the indicators?+
Pick a plan, pay through Stripe, and submit your TradingView username at checkout.
Invite-only access is then granted to that username — nothing to download. Both
plans carry every indicator. On Pro, the Terminal and the Journal open in your
browser as well; they ask you to sign in, which is covered in the next question.
Do I need an account for the Terminal and the Journal?+
On Pro, yes — and there is no password. Open the Terminal, enter your email, and we
send a sign-in link. Use the same email address you paid with at Stripe
— that is what your plan is attached to. Signing in with a different address creates
a separate, free account and your plan will not appear on it. If you used the wrong
one, email support and we will move it. Standard needs no account at all: the
indicators are granted to your TradingView username.
Which markets does the Terminal cover?+
Right now the Terminal carries a free crypto set — BTC/USDT, ETH/USDT and SOL/USDT
— drawn from a public exchange, and the venue that served each reading is named
beneath the chart. Coverage is expanding; you can request any instrument from the
search box inside the Terminal, and those requests are what decide what we add next.
Can I try the Terminal and the Journal before subscribing?+
Yes. The Terminal's free set is open to everyone with no account, and the Journal
runs as a limited demo with a sample journal so you can see how a review loop
works. Pro removes the daily reading limit on the Terminal and unlocks the full
Journal, including encrypted sync across your devices. Standard does not include
either — it is the indicators, and you can move up later without losing anything,
because the demo entries already live in your own browser.
Can you read my journal?+
No. The Journal is local-first: your records live in your own browser. If you turn
on sync, they are encrypted on your device with a key derived from a passphrase only
you know, and only the ciphertext reaches us — a database read on our side yields
nothing readable. That also means a forgotten passphrase cannot be reset, because
there is nothing on our side that could reset it. Export a backup.
Where do I find my TradingView username?+
It is the handle shown on your TradingView profile, for example
tradingview.com/u/YourUsername. Please submit it exactly as written.
How long does activation take?+
Access is activated within 24 hours of payment, usually much sooner.
If it takes longer, contact us with your TradingView username.
Can I cancel my subscription?+
Yes. Use the Stripe customer portal through the Login link. Your access remains
active until the end of the paid period.
How does billing work? Do I get receipts?+
Billing is handled by Stripe. You'll receive email receipts and can update your
card, download invoices, or cancel from the customer portal.
Is this financial advice? Will these tools make me profitable?+
No. AlphaPine provides charting and analysis tools for education and decision
structure, not financial advice, trade signals, or profit promises.
